• At Humanitec, we’re redefining how enterprises tackle developer experience, cloud infrastructure, and tooling through platform engineering. • We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) covering primarily the US market. • You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across enterprise accounts and building lasting relationships. • Own inbound (75%) and outbound (25%) prospecting to generate sales-qualified leads that convert into opportunities. • Qualify inbound leads with tailored outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, content, and campaigns. • Write persuasive email sequences, craft compelling LinkedIn messages, and refine cold-call scripts. • Confidently conduct initial calls with high-value enterprise prospects, setting the stage for meaningful partnerships. • Partner with experienced Enterprise Account Executives and a supportive marketing team to maximize success.

Requirements

• 2+ years as an SDR or similar role, with a strong track record of success and a hunger for growth. • Bring fresh ideas and a growth mindset to tackle challenges and seize opportunities. • Master the art of writing persuasive email campaigns and sequence strategies. • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, and pivot strategies as needed. • Expertise with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, SFDC, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and more. • Excel independently and collaboratively, managing priorities with precision. • Native-level proficiency in English. • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, especially developer tooling. • A track record of success in fast-growing startups. • Passion for cloud-native technologies and platform engineering. • Thriving in remote or distributed team environments.
