• Platform Engineering is the leading global community for platform engineering. • The role is to design, build, and maintain workflows and processes for marketing operations. • This role requires close collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager. • The successful candidate will coach team members on their data and processes. • Continuous improvement of the marketing operations setup is expected.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, managing multiple priorities, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment or tech startup. • Experience with Hubspot and email marketing, including data-driven campaign optimization, reporting, email automation, database segmentation, and newsletter management. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues proactively. • Strong motivation to improve existing processes and automate workflows continuously. • A quick learner and self-starter, ready to bring and execute your ideas. • Excellent written and verbal English skills. • Experience in coaching or mentoring others on data and process management is a plus.
