Description

• As a DevOps Engineer at Humanyze, you will play a critical role in shaping our infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our software systems. • You’ll collaborate closely with our team to enhance our deployment pipelines, monitor system performance, and address any issues that arise. • Manage and monitor all AWS resources, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and other relevant services. • Ensure compliance with security and policy requirements, including implementing best practices for cloud security, identity, and access management. • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources. • Automate and streamline deployment, scaling, and management processes for applications and infrastructure. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and operations workflows. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery of applications and infrastructure. • Optimize cloud infrastructure costs by analyzing usage patterns, rightsizing resources, and implementing cost-saving measures. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS features, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years work experience in software development • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, IT Engineer, or in a similar role with a focus on cloud infrastructure management. • Strong expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch. • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. • Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Github Actions, or AWS CodePipeline. • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks like SOC2, GDPR. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
