Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. • Ability to understand project requirements, deliverables, and dig deeper to ask insightful questions. • Experience with SR&ED or other tax credits. • Proven experience managing clients alongside personal workload; able to handle relationships with 30-35 clients per year. • Excellent verbal and written communication, including structured and efficient writing skills; strong listening abilities. • Comfortable leading client interactions from kickoff to submission, providing clients with all necessary tools for success. • Enthusiastic about automating processes and providing the necessary tooling for efficiency.
