Description

• The Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training will work directly with the Head of Creative Strategy, User Training, to create and manage the creative strategy for our Security Awareness Training product. • This will include acting as a team leader and people manager to our team of animators and artists, helping to shape the strategic, creative and artistic direction of the product, and acting as a business partner to cross-functional teams across the organization. • Manage production artists, animators, and writers, guiding their career development and enhancing their skills through mentorship. • Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish the creative strategy and schedules for learning content. • Foster strong working relationships and facilitate information exchange by partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization. • Propose and implement innovative methods to enhance workflow and processes, enabling more efficient content creation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of creative administration or other relevant experience • 3+ years of people management and leadership experience • Expertise in management of the animation production process and related content • An understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools • Strong project management skills • Familiarity with marketing and brand principles • Demonstrates a high level of creative originality and provides valuable insights to aid in strategic business planning • Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite • A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects
