Description

• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team for a cybersecurity firm focused on small to midsize businesses. • Provide internal support and feedback for personal growth. • Achieve new logo and ARR growth metrics through deal inspection and team collaboration. • Travel 20% of the time for events and meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Customer/Account Executive teams or managing sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other similar CRM platforms • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively • Knowledge of / relationships in the IT resale partner space is a plus • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
