📋 Description

• Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates • Job Role: Graphic Designer • Work Schedule: Full-Time Equivalent • Salary range: $1,500 - $2,500 AUD/month • Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. • Who The Client Is: We are an Australia-based Work Health and Safety (WHS) consultancy, committed to delivering high-quality, impactful services. • Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. This role will focus on aligning our visual assets with our refreshed brand identity, supporting our team with creative deliverables, and providing ad hoc administrative assistance to the marketing team. • Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and organize emails, calendars, and daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Database Management: Oversee the maintenance and updating of company databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. • SOP Development: Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes. • Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, supplier coordination, and other essential operational activities. • Document Preparation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. • Task Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in administrative or operational support roles. • Canva (essential) • Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign (proficiency required) • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint. • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and polished outputs. • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and design principles. • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple design projects. • Experience with generative AI tools to enhance and streamline design workflows. • Proven ability to interpret and adhere to brand guidelines with precision.
