You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. β€’ Who The Client Is: The Client is an ad-tech platform that connects D2C brands with top publishers like Forbes, Vogue, Morning Brew and ELLE. Operating on a cost-per-click model, it enables brands to secure editorial coverage and pay only for traffic driven to their sites. Clients span industries like beauty, fashion, homeware, and health, including major names like Amazon, Spotify, and New Balance. β€’ Role Overview: We are seeking a Multimedia Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This role involves designing visually compelling digital content for advertising, social media, websites, and video platforms. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in professional design and video editing software, has a strong understanding of AI-based tools, and possesses excellent written communication skills with an editorial mindset. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Graphic Design & Branding: Create high-quality digital assets for advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns. Design websites and landing pages with a focus on user experience and conversion. Develop cohesive visual branding for multiple platforms and marketing channels. β€’ Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, advertisements, and brand campaigns. Utilize CapCut and other video editing tools to enhance visual storytelling. Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to create high-impact content. β€’ AI & Emerging Technologies: Utilize AI-powered design and video platforms such as Midjourney and other tools to enhance creative outputs. Experiment with AI-generated assets to optimize creative workflows and improve efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI-based design and video technology. β€’ Content Creation & Social Media Assets: Design eye-catching visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms. Create templates and layouts using Canva for quick-turnaround content needs. Adapt content for different audience segments while maintaining brand consistency. β€’ Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing and content teams to align design assets with campaign goals. Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management. Write compelling and editorial-level copy for visual and video content when needed. β€’ Website & Digital Media Design: Develop and maintain landing pages, banner ads, and website visuals to support digital marketing efforts. Optimize designs for mobile and desktop viewing.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proficiency in professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. β€’ Experience designing advertising materials, social media graphics, and brand assets. β€’ Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). β€’ Knowledge of AI-driven design platforms such as Midjourney or AI-based video creation tools. β€’ Strong creative and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. β€’ Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages. β€’ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience with website and landing page design is a plus. β€’ Background in advertising, marketing, or digital media is preferred.
