Description

• Actively manage operational and financial health of Healthcare business units • Support annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting • Prepare presentation materials and analysis for leadership meetings • Coordinate relationships with Enterprise functions for objectives • Review reports and develop recommendations for action plans • Track financial status of key engagements and highlight risks • Monitor expenses and internal budgets for adherence • Assist with month end close process and provide insights • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements

• 2-5 years of finance and operations experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required • Experience in consulting or professional services preferred • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong financial management skills • Exceptional client service skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels • Ability to manage multiple projects • Desire to improve efficiency in processes • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products • Knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI and CRM systems is a plus
