• Welcome to Hustler Marketing, a global eCommerce marketing agency. • Looking to level up our lead generation efforts. • Manage and oversee inbound and outbound lead generation channels. • Primary goal is to bring in qualified leads measured by booked calls. • Optimize and suggest new lead generation strategies. • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments. • Oversee the budget for lead generation channels. • Report to the CEO and work with Sales Manager. • Continuously monitor lead quality and adjust strategies. • Generate leads for eCommerce, SAAS, and other services. • Maintain autonomy while achieving targets and KPIs.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, in an agency setting. • Strong experience in lead generation for eCommerce stores and SAAS companies. • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and booked calls. • Expertise in utilizing multiple lead generation channels. • Ability to manage and optimize lead generation budgets. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate. • Ability to work independently and proactively suggest new strategies. • Strong focus on the main target of the position (generate qualified leads).
