📋 Description
• Assisting Corporate Legal Counsel by typing appropriate documents with speed and accuracy and maintaining the typed documents for perusal. • Manage individual and business insurance licenses. • Manage invoices for processing of payment to our vendors for Legal. • Control and manage confidential information on corporate development activities. • Building strong rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization internally as well as externally with outside contacts. • Support the daily business operations of the Executive team to support the continued growth of ALG Vacations Corp. • Schedule executive meetings and ALGV Town Hall meetings. • Manage and coordinate business travel and prepare expense reports. • Work with HR on the Donation Committee.
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma required. • A minimum of two to three years of experience of executive level support in a busy office environment required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent computer skills.
