📋 Description
• Handle day-to-day website content requests through a central ticketing system • Support content updates on Hyatt platforms including hyatt.com, alilahotels.com, the World of Hyatt app and WeChat mini app • Assist in new website launches for hotels during pre-opening and transitional phases, collaborating with regional stakeholders to meet deadlines • Review assets to ensure adherence to our asset submission standards • Crop and upload images to ensure optimal framing • Ensure quality control of digital assets and maintain organized asset libraries • Facilitate cross-functional communications with stakeholders and manage turnaround times • Contribute to the documentation of best practices and processes • Conduct audits of hotel websites
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Experience in digital operations, project coordination, or related digital roles • Experience in image editing and a portfolio showcasing previous work • Prior experience working on projects requiring multiple languages • Prior experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Basic knowledge of HTML, experience with content management tools and/or project management tools • Proficiency in image editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) • Knowledge of various file formats (print, digital, video) and media usage rights terminology • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
