• Assist in the development and execution of externally focused communication plans • Draft and edit clear and concise communications, including emails, presentations and FAQs • Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches and other external relations content • Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports • Support updating social media platforms • Assist in maintaining media and analyst contact lists • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor activities • Assist in the creation of content for analyst briefings • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity • Assist with the coordination of meetings
