📋 Description
• Partner with company leadership. • Build and maintain financial and operational models. • Become subject matter expert on various P&L items. • Consolidate and analyze bookings, revenue, ARR. • Lead annual budgeting and reforecasting processes. • Develop business insights and KPIs dashboards. • Support new business initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders and peers. • Contribute to and manage approved budget. • Develop team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or similar environment. • Prior FP&A experience in a SaaS environment preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, complemented by a minimum of 8 years' experience in financial analysis/planning or a related field. • Proficiency with Financial Planning tools such as Adaptive Planning. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills. • Self-motivation. • Attention to Detail.
