📋 Description

•The Sourcing Advisor is responsible for providing advice and assisting in the execution of enterprise-wide sourcing best practices and programs for vendor management and spend management to enhance profitability. •Assist with sourcing event activities. •Develop bid strategies, compile requirements, perform market research, vendor identification. •Draft and publish RFI/RFQ/RFP events, analysis of results, suggest recommendations, contribute to meetings, price and contract negotiations. •Consult with internal business leaders and monitor vendor relationships during sourcing events to ensure client satisfaction. •Lead multiple small-to-medium sourcing engagements. •Assist with contract negotiations regarding business and pricing terms with vendors to maximize business value and manage risk. •Analyze business stakeholders on the benefits, costs, legal aspects, and the potential risk associated with use of a vendor.

🎯 Requirements

•Full English language fluency required •Bachelor’s Degree •Demonstrated understanding of sourcing and experience in contract negotiation •Proficient with Microsoft Office; with strong Excel and Word skills •Able to independently work on projects with discretion and independence •Good critical thinking and problem solving skills •Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact •Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking •Collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas •Good business and technology acumen •Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently to completion •Able to provide exceptional follow through and be customer-service driven •Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment •Up to 5% travel time required
