Description

• Hypemasters is a fast-growing game development company that creates cutting-edge mobile & PC games focusing on innovation, creativity, and engaging gameplay. • Looking for a Lead Data Analyst to revolutionise the RTS genre. • Play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance player experiences, optimise game performance, and drive strategic decision-making for our game. • Collaborate closely with game designers, product managers, and developers. • Estimate financial performance of features and games. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor game KPIs. • Support the current analytical stack; investigate data losses and provide fixes. • Develop hypotheses based on data insights and create A/B test plans.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a data analyst in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour, game mechanics, and in-game economies. • Strong knowledge of data infrastructure solutions e.g. Looker and BigQuery. • Strong English language skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making processes. • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for gaming and a desire to innovate and push the boundaries of analytics in the gaming industry.
