Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis • Guide customers through the development of the one-to-one program • Act as the first point of contact for client escalations • Ensure all parties involved are aware of and adhere to established processes • Contribute to the alignment and management of project activities across all involved teams • Analyze data and user feedback to identify key opportunities for impact • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully onboard and manage new clients • Maintain accurate client and interaction data in the CRM • Become a subject matter expert in Hyperguest and our constantly evolving features • Uphold high satisfaction standards and aim to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the Travel industry • International business experience is a plus • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (such as Spanish or French) are a plus • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both externally and internally • Able to work independently while being a team player • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for overcoming challenges • Organized and structured work style with the ability to analyze and provide recommendations
