• HyperionDev is one of the largest providers of accelerated tech education in EMEA. • As a Senior Learning Designer, you'll create and assure quality of learning content. • Your work will directly benefit thousands of students. • You'll suggest changes to bootcamps based on industry needs. • Stay current with industry trends to stay ahead. • Collaborate with Academic, Product, and Marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning Design • Experience in writing and editing technical work e.g. software development, web development, etc. • Ability to review, analyse, and identify areas of weakness and strength in content • Proactivity, fast learner with meticulous attention to detail • A positive, problem-solving attitude • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Self-starter who can drive projects forward with minimal supervision • An interest in gaining experience and advancing the future of coding education • Experience in working collaboratively with and managing subject matter experts • Preferred background or experience in education, supporting an understanding of how people learn • Taken the lead on the development of content related to coding education • Experience in the accreditation of course or skills program content with regulatory bodies • Experience in content creation for coding education or any level of coding ability would be an advantage • Bachelor's degree or related qualification in Learning/Instructional Design
