• This is a remote position. • Data Entry. • Join a healthcare software company that streamlines the nursing home discharge process. • This role focuses on precise data entry while also handling some administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. • Enter patient and event data from the company’s application into their CRM. • Manage follow-up schedules by updating records, setting reminders, and triggering scheduled messages. • Monitor CRM for pending actions and complete them as per predefined criteria. • Send and respond to emails and messages based on system prompts and guidelines. • Categorize responses and escalate unclear cases to management. • Transfer relevant data from CRM back into the company’s application.
