• Conduct individual as well as group live training sessions (workshops) on sales-specific topics. • Review and feedback training participants' output. • Share best practices from your own experience. • Objectively evaluate each training participant. • Proactively participate in content creation/adaptation. • Closely communicate with our Program Operation Manager and company contacts on learning progress.
• Expert in Enterprise Sales (+ 3 years). • Experience managing the full sales cycle in a complex SaaS environment in a high-growth company. • Experience in sales training/coaching. • Hungry to learn and curious to grow. • Process-driven and extremely organized. • High attention to detail and execute to a high standard. • Passionate about people. • Sense of ownership. • Fluent in German and English.
