📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • HyTechPro is looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Salesforce administration while also contributing to development activities as needed. • You will play a key role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business operations and drive organizational success. • Salesforce developer should be able to handle the client’s problems and manage all their peers. • Should be able to monitor regular updates in Salesforce, which needs to be monitored frequently. • Creating team meetings to get updates on the work or the status of the ongoing project in the organization. • Must be able to provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. • Take care of requirement gatherings, produce functional analysis, and facilitate customer workshops, etc. • Able to communicate with different project managers and clients and ensure efficient participation in all the different phases of development from development to testing to hyper care. • Salesforce application analysis and troubleshooting experience is a must.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience and good knowledge on any one of these: Sales cloud and Community / Experience cloud. • The candidate should possess proficiency in Salesforce Admin tasks. • The candidate should be capable of coding as required, utilizing LWC, Apex, triggers, etc • Min 3 Years of experience on Apex, Trigger, LWC, SOQL, process builder, workflow, Flows and Salesforce Security. • The candidate should be able to implement AI/Einstein features in Salesforce, as well as modern Sales Cloud features such as CRMA, Agentforce, and others. • Good verbal & written skills required to interact with international clients • Independent and individual contributor • Team player with strong analytical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce Ecosystem.
