• 10-15+ years of experience in the alternative investment industry in a client-facing role. • Willing to work on a commissioned-based sales plan after ramp-up. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Self-starter who learns quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Strong commitment to professional development and team improvement. • Series 7 and 63 licenses are required. • Obtain CAIA within 2-3 years of hire.
