📋 Description
• Join a dedicated team in providing high service levels in building product evaluation. • Seek experienced ICC Building Inspector or motivated entry-level individual to train. • Perform scheduled audits, product sampling, and monitor clients' quality systems. • Establish relations with states and HUD to be respected as a leader and partner. • Identify and recommend process improvements and enhance communication with employees.
🎯 Requirements
• Must pass ICC Residential examinations in Building, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing within 6 months of employment. • All inspection reports will be sent to the Regional Inspection Manager for review by the end of each month. • Must complete CEU training as required to maintain licenses and certifications. • Ability to physically travel to the client facility or worksite via airplane or by driving an automobile.
