• Lead a SOC team for 24/7 monitoring. • Manage incident response and compliance with regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). • Develop security policies and conduct audits. • Collaborate with business units and provide training on compliance and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Experience: 7-10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 3-5 years in a SOC leadership role and experience managing compliance programs. • Certifications (Preferred):• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
