β€’ Join ICE Consulting, a premier Managed IT Services Provider, as we seek a Technical Project Manager focused on IT Infrastructure. β€’ The Technical Project Manager will manage the transition to modern enterprise solutions, effectively replacing outdated legacy systems. β€’ Requires leadership to guide project teams, facilitate communication, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. β€’ Oversee project management throughout all phases, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints. β€’ Create and manage detailed project plans reflecting project scope and client needs. β€’ Provide regular status updates to stakeholders at various levels. β€’ Track project progress consistently to meet established milestones and deliverables. β€’ Engage with team members and stakeholders to proactively address challenges and refine processes. β€’ Analyze cost implications and present ROI assessments related to project operations. β€’ Manage and coordinate project changes, ensuring proper communication and documentation. β€’ Ensure timely acquisition and allocation of resources and materials necessary for project success.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management. β€’ At least 3 years in a senior project management role. β€’ Familiarity with ticketing and quotation systems such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, and QuoteWerks. β€’ Experience with resource scheduling and technical support workflows. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment. β€’ Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Demonstrated success in building lasting client relationships. β€’ Ability to nurture and develop junior team members. β€’ Experience with Data, CRM, Cloud, or Digital transformations. β€’ Background in Process Change, Organizational Transformation, or Technology projects. β€’ Proven adaptability to navigate uncertain and challenging situations. β€’ Experience in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences. β€’ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
