Description

• Build robust models using Python to solve critical client challenges and develop internal tools • Collaborate with the data engineering and visualization teams for client deliverables • Help to strategize how our team can develop solutions on time and in budget • Deliver a presentation of your work to colleagues at the end of your internship

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, management information systems, or related field • Experience with statistical data analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis validation • Knowledge of open-source data science languages such as Python and/or tools such as NumPy and Pandas • Understanding of how to build data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Apache Spark (preferably Databricks) and with Data Build Tool (DBT) • Familiarity or experience with data cleaning and standardization best practices • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehouse/data mart design, development, and testing • Experience with containerization platforms, such as Docker • Azure certifications
