• IDG (International Data Group) is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of AI Programs to lead and oversee the execution of AI projects across our global business. • This is a high-profile and high ownership role, charged with transforming our AI ambitions into concrete business value, and with expected visibility to the Executive Leadership Team (including the CEO). • Because AI work comes to life in technology, they will need to bring excellent technical program leadership to the role and be able to build strong trust with our engineering teams. • In order to deliver value in the company, they will need to marry this technical expertise with a similar facility working with our analysts and other business professionals. • IDG is the world's leading and most trusted market intelligence and data company, operating in more than 50 countries.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 12-14+ years (or more) of experience in program ownership, including managing large-scale, complex technical programs or projects in a corporate environment. • Demonstrated ability to work closely with technical development teams, ensuring alignment and driving high-profile deliverables. • Strong technical background, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams. • Exceptional program management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration. • Familiarity with AI-related tools, frameworks, and technologies. • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
