📋 Description
• Oversee the successful execution of marketing programs in marketing automation and email platforms (Marketo). • Collaborate with global marketing teams to bring their programs to life. • Refine program frameworks to ensure optimized campaign execution. • Build, execute technical QA, and monitor/report on programs delivered to stakeholders. • Assist in relevant platform and segmentation enhancements to drive performance improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment. • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Marketo. • Marketo certification preferred. • Experience with project management tools (such as Monday.com) and resource management required. • Experience with Adestra and Salesforce preferred. • Familiarity with UTM strategy and experience with Google Analytics (GA4) preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to understand project/program requirements and translate to deliverables. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables and outcomes.
