• Ideals is a global B2B SaaS product company recognized as the most highly rated and customer-centric in a secure business collaboration market. • Our mission is to create more prosperity by accelerating high-stakes business decisions. • As a Backend Engineer (.NET), you will develop new features and improve existing services for the Ideals Board product. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery. • Drive product development and support modern technologies and best engineering practices.

Requirements

• Product-focused approach, consistently striving to create value for users. • Proactive attitude and a growth mindset, with a strong orientation towards self-development and continuous learning. • Over 2 years of commercial experience in backend development using .NET 6+, Entity framework • Solid understanding of the SDLC, along with software design and architecture principles. • Expertise in API design principles, with a solid understanding of REST, RPC, including security considerations. • Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS is preferred). • Expertise in writing both unit and integration tests while ensuring that best practices for testing are integrated into every phase of development. • Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with the ability to create and maintain Helm charts. • B2 level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
