Description

• Design business-aligned architectures and lead technical investigations for optimized ERP solutions • Lead workshops, guide the team in evaluating architecture, manage task estimation, perform code reviews, and mentor the ERP team for continuous improvement • Collaborate on system integrations to ensure smooth data flow between NetSuite and other platforms • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training for effective NetSuite use • Optimize system performance, data management, security, and monitoring • Support business process optimization and automation • Manage technical debt to support scalable solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with various ERP systems, including NetSuite • Proven expertise in building, testing, and managing ERP processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and optimization • Strong knowledge of system architecture, design, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in system integration • Tech-agnostic approach, with flexibility to work across various tech stacks and a deep understanding of ETL processes • Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading successful ERP implementations • Commitment to high-quality, sustainable development practices • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
