• Develop, manage and optimize multiple campaigns across paid channels • Analyze the performance of media campaigns to inform budget decisions and maximize cost efficiencies on a campaign level • Design and implement AB Tests to analyze results to inform strategy and optimize performance • Partner with design and creative to manage projects, create a pipeline for creatives, and build targeting strategies • Review and understand historical targeting and create optimization roadmap for the target audience pool(s) • Interpret and blend data sets to derive actionable insights to optimize ad performance • Manage large scale and high budget complex/multi-region campaigns effectively
• 4+ years of experience working in paid media • Demonstrated track record working in paid marketing for a B2B company • Experience managing and optimizing ads for both paid search and social • Ability to design and conduct AB Tests • Experience working with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft (Bing) Ads • Strong marketing analytics skills • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets • Advanced English (C1), both oral and written
