Description

• Ideals is a global B2B SaaS product company recognized in a secure business collaboration market. • As a Performance Management Specialist, you will improve performance management practices. • Collaborate with Idealers globally and report to the Head of Talent Development. • Expertise in KPIs to shape performance during critical growth stages.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in performance management (3+ years), including all components of the annual performance management cycle and performance measurement (KPIs) • Demonstrated thought leadership, staying abreast of performance management trends to advise business leaders strategically • Exceptional communication skills to partner with global business leaders • Proficiency in English (C1) • Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office • Attention to detail for accuracy in data, reporting, and stakeholder communications • Previous experience working with the OKR framework • Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company
