Description

• Conduct qualitative research to understand customer needs and translate findings into actionable insights • Perform market research to identify opportunities, trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape • Create messaging and collaborate with copywriters to produce high-quality content, as well as guide designers in creating visual assets • Develop strategies for launching new products & features and manage the launch process, ensuring successful execution • Utilize knowledge of product development roadmaps and team objectives to lead existing customer communication strategies • Understand various marketing channels to optimize channel mix. Analyze channel performance data and make data-driven recommendations • Plan and manage ad-hoc and triggered marketing campaigns and utilize CRM platforms for campaign planning and execution • Measure and interpret data related to OKRs, funnel, and lifecycle performance. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights • Leverage existing customer base to attract and convert new business opportunities, as well as develop referral mechanisms and identify key moments for engagement • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure website cohesion • Create and update target personas based on research and contribute to the creation of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) profiles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing management, preferably in tech or SaaS • Exceptional research, communication, and project management skills • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools • Focus on product improvement & development with a data-driven mindset • Strong understanding of psychological and influence principles in marketing • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Website management and user experience design knowledge is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus) • Fluency in English at a native level
