• Manage and maintain HubSpot, ensuring workflows, integrations, and automations are optimized and functioning correctly. • Implement new marketing tools and integrations as needed. • Monitor and resolve any technical issues or errors within the marketing tech stack. • Analyze trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to support strategic decisions. • Extract, clean, and organize marketing data from various sources (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.). • Create insightful reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and identify trends. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or campaign operations, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry. • Strong proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, including Excel. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A self-starter - you have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
