📋 Description
• Oversee CRM development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. • Manage project risks, budgets, and resource allocation. • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between technical and business teams. • Implement best practices in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize CRM functionalities. • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on CRM development. • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). • Commercial experience in CRM development is a plus. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
