📋 Description
• Responsible for tutoring, mentoring and assessing BA & MA design students • Work in association with/supported by other academics to provide aspects of the student learning experience • Demonstrate appropriate depth or breadth of specialist knowledge and understanding of the core curriculum • Support learning using a range of approaches and modes of delivery • Prepare innovative materials to support learning and teaching within specific unit • Enhance and develop new teaching and content materials in response to student and peer feedback/demand • Collaborate with others to incorporate relevant research into own practice • Communicate subject knowledge in a format that is accessible to all students
🎯 Requirements
• Master degree in a subject area directly related to Design • A minimum of 3 years’ teaching and assessment experience in Higher Education • Professional experience in Design in at least one of the following branches: interaction design; visual design; product design • General IT skills as user and in collaboration tools • Advanced domain expertise in design software or methods required in design
