• Drive the technical vision and strategy for products. • Lead a team of software engineers within an Agile development process. • Provide mentorship, hands-on technical expertise. • Oversee and guide technical delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices. • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders. • Identify and address technical gaps impacting the end-user experience. • Estimate development requirements and prioritize tasks effectively. • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and technical rigor. • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing improved systems and solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams within an Agile environment. • Strong technical expertise with a track record of delivering production-ready software. • Experience with software compilers, decompilers, and obfuscation products, including PreEmptive. • Familiarity with white-hat hacking, reverse engineering, and mobile rootkit concepts is a plus. • Deep understanding of team-based development and modern software practices. • Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, Java bytecode, and C# MSIL/IL. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Desire to excel in both technical and business-oriented challenges.
