Description

• As the Product Architect, you provide technical leadership and architectural direction for multiple software development teams • The role involves assessing and shepherding the technical delivery of high-quality products • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are satisfied, complete and testable • Guide geographically diverse development teams and report on development, quality, and operations' status • Participate in activities to improve process and product quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field • 5+ years of experience building successful production software systems • Experience with Xray and Xporter products is highly desirable • Deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping high-quality software on time • Ability to take raw product requirements and develop software architectures and designs to bring products to life • Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of programming languages and key technologies (e.g. MongoDB, React, Node.js) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized in a manner to achieve effective communication and drive successful results from self and team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical English-speaking individuals • Desire to be challenged and achieve results in a successful technical and business environment
