• Lead the Agile project management efforts • Work closely with Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders • Facilitate Agile ceremonies • Maintain sprint momentum and manage product documentation • Refine and track the product backlog • Remove blockers and optimize workflows • Capture key institutional knowledge • Contribute to broader organizational efforts for Agile maturity and efficiency • Work remotely on a contract basis with at least 10 hours per week during business hours
🎯 Requirements
• PMP certification • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching Agile teams • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience using project management software (Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.), demonstrating expert-level proficiency • Background in SaaS environments • Knowledge of Figma and Kollabe or similar collaboration tools • A proven track record of building collaborative relationships while meeting project deadlines and objectives • Experience working with teams on online course development, preferably in higher education • Strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and exceptional attention to detail • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
