📋 Description

• Leading interface idea generation, design and prototyping and working with project staff throughout development and testing phases to product completion • Developing creative, user-friendly responses to UX issues that arise during development and testing • Building prototypes and simulations of user interfaces • Producing wireframes, flow diagrams, specifications and other design related documentation including journey maps • Participating in user research and observing usability tests • Leveraging the IDEXX Design System and working with the design system team to extend and maintain pattern libraries • Advocating for user-centered design processes and UX outcomes • Performs other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent visual, analytical and conceptual problem solving abilities • Demonstrated ability to design, prototype and document user interfaces • Ability to work well in a multi-team cross-functional environment • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail • Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to recognize patterns in design and user research findings and make practical recommendations for changing UI standards • Working knowledge of Figma and other visual design software such as Axure, Balsamiq etc. • Familiar with user-centered design philosophy and process • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to bring others along with your work
