• Consult with clients via phone and email regarding diagnostic testing and laboratory results. • Enter all information regarding consultations into the Customer Relationship Management System software. • Maintain proficiency and medical knowledge through self-study and continuing education. • Carry out validation of medical results and comply with laboratory Quality Policy.
• A degree to practice veterinary medicine in Spain. • Advanced knowledge of veterinary medicine. • At least 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or similar. • Fluent Spanish is required for this position. • Ability to organize and prioritize work. • Ability to make appropriate management decisions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good IT skills. • Physical Demands: Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended hours. Extensive phone use.
