Requirements

β€’ Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship or related industry experience. β€’ Proven experience in B2B services marketing. β€’ Possesses entrepreneurial grit and brings energy to the role and department. β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment. β€’ Ability to use AI effectively for marketing purposes. β€’ Experience integrating AI into processes is a big plus. β€’ IAM industry experience is an asset, otherwise has a strong inclination to learn. β€’ Proven ability to manage a pipeline of multiple projects, priorities and deadlines. β€’ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. β€’ Deep understanding of digital advertising operations on Search and Social. β€’ Experience understanding of SEO best practices. β€’ Proficiency in managing and reporting KPIs. β€’ Proficiency in developing sales and marketing pitch materials with the help of creative. β€’ Demonstrated experience using analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Proficiency in using platforms such as / similar to GA4, Salesforce, Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, Outreach β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is open to feedback and growth. β€’ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities β€’ Collaborative and works well in a team environment and as an individual contributor β€’ Stays up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and best practices to enhance strategies. β€’ Self-motivated and can self-manage in a fully-remote environment.
