🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with a focus on Deep Learning. • 6+ years of experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying Deep Learning models in production. • Strong expertise in signal processing, data balancing, model debugging, and performance optimization. • Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch, Python, and ML libraries (NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas). • Experience leading and mentoring teams, driving collaboration, and managing machine learning pipelines. • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical goals with business objectives. • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based ML infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Knowledge of MLOps, model interpretability, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers. • Contributions to Deep Learning research (publications, open-source projects).
