• Grow our services • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. • Uphold and enhance IDR’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. • Implement brand positioning that reflects our values and resonates with target audiences. • Drive the commercialization of the marketing function, transforming it into a revenue-generating engine. • Implement strategies to capture and convert leads, turning marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes. • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support revenue growth initiatives. • Develop and execute campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline expansion and client acquisition. • Oversee the creation of compelling and valuable content that positions our expertise and addresses client pain points. • Cultivate strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and clients. • Identify strategic industry events for the company to be represented at to expand our network and visibility. • Deliver our services. • Recruit and retain productive staff who adapt well to IDR culture and quickly become part of #oneglobalthread. • Utilize various mediums (thought leadership, whitepapers, webinars, videos) to engage and educate our target audience. • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns. • Leverage data and analytics to optimize digital marketing performance and ROI. • Work with the People Director to identify and support the productivity and training needs of colleagues and, occasionally, clients within agreed timescales. • Actively encourage a culture of continuous improvement through new ideas. • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the day-to-day marketing delivery. • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement scalable solutions. • Streamline internal processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure a resilient business model. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. • Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Marketing leader or similar leadership role in a fintech or financial services organisation, ideally with private funds exposure. • Demonstrated success in implementing efficiencies and driving organisational growth and building global brand recognition. • Strong understanding of technology and its integration into financial services. • An understanding of the private markets' investment process is essential. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field. • Demonstrated success in commercializing marketing functions and driving revenue growth.
