📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Sales Secretary will provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales activities. • This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • The Sales Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and facilitating communication within the sales department and with clients. • Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: - Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks. 2. Customer Service: - Serve as a point of contact for clients and customers, providing information and support as needed. 3. Sales Coordination: - Assist in the preparation and organization of sales events, meetings, and presentations. 4. Documentation and Data Management: - Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists. 5. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as a Sales Secretary or relevant field is a plus. • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is advantageous.
