📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. • As a WordPress Developer at IDSCC, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. • We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems. • Designing and implementing new features and functionality for WordPress websites. • Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture, ensuring high-performance and availability. • Managing all technical aspects of the CMS, including scaling and security. • Collaborating with design teams to ensure visual coherence and user-friendly navigation. • Customizing WordPress themes and plugins based on requirements. • Optimizing website performance for maximum speed and scalability. • Providing technical support and instruction to team members and clients. • Maintaining well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code. • Ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. • Staying informed of new developments in WordPress, PHP, and other relevant technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer. • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications. • Experience designing and developing responsive design websites. • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc. • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers. • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages. • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML). • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN. • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
