• As a Senior Product Owner for our Mobile Top-Up Application, you will play a critical role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile top-up products. • Reporting directly to the Business Unit Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of features that meet user needs and business goals. • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the mobile top-up application. • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs, translating them into clear product requirements. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered to users. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. • Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and enhance the user experience. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Monitor and report on product performance, using metrics to drive decision-making and measure success. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our product remains competitive and relevant.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile apps and fintech products. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven track record of managing successful products from ideation to launch and beyond. • Strong understanding of mobile top-up services and the fintech landscape preferred • Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping software. • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep empathy for users.
