• Participate in the full lifecycle of recruiting process including prescreening candidates, reviewing profiles and assessing applications, interviewing, etc. • Research job boards for qualified candidates in the iGaming and IT field • Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process • Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position • Researching and developing innovative strategies to recruit top talent
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working as a Recruiter (iGaming, IT) for 2+ years • Understanding of the iGaming industry • Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes • Excellent networking skills and strong skills in presentation, negotiation • English - Upper-Intermediate level
