• Drive IGEL’s OT/IoT sales strategy, execution, and growth. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor. • Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. • Own the OT/IoT sales P&L and manage revenue targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience, particularly in IoT or related technologies. • Proven experience managing sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth. • Strong negotiation and influencing skills at the executive level. • Ability to manage and forecast large, complex sales pipelines across diverse markets. • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) to meet with customers and manage sales operations.
