Description

• The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's accounting and financial reporting functions. • This role will maintain and improve the financial processes and controls, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the accounting team as a secondary layer of review for complete and accurate financial inputs and proper controls documentation. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including footnotes in compliance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Oversee the preparation of recurring operational accounting tasks covering fixed assets, leases/subleases, raw materials, internally developed software, and capitalization of cloud computing costs. • Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulation and SOX. • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team. • Stay updated on accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842) and assess their impact on the company’s financial statements.

Requirements

• Generally requires a minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 (3) years in a managerial role. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. • CPA license is required.
